Order Processing Time

All orders are processed on the same day they are placed. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, followed by a second email notifying you once your order has been completed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Within Egypt

We currently ship across Egypt.
Orders are typically delivered within 1–4 business days, depending on your location and the time your order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated time-frame, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, holidays, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Coffee Market is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers; however, we will do our best to assist customers in tracking their orders.

Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. In such cases, additional delivery fees may apply for reshipping.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are correct before placing your order. Coffee Market is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or if you believe your package has been lost, please contact us via WhatsApp: +20 106 0071522 with photos of the issue, within 24 hours of receiving the package or the expected delivery date.

We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
